My Credit Card was declined, what should I do?
If your credit card is declined make sure your billing address which can be edited in
MY ACCOUNT is an exact match with the one on file with the bank. Writing your
address the wrong way could also lead to your card being declined.

The best way to contact us is via email. We usually answer our email in a few

Why is the "accepted at" location not my address when I track my order?
The accepted at location is where your order was picked up from not where it has been delivered to.
Do I get an order and shipping confirmation after I have completed my order?
Yes, you get three confirmations, one when your order has been placed, the second
when your order has been processed, and the last when your order has been shipped.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on all orders placed by California Residents.
